Can't make online purchases because can't link card.

I've become incapable of adding money to my paypal balance, and most vendors won't accept my money because I don't have a backup card.

My only card is a  debit bank card that doesn't have a ccv and can't be linked. What should I do?

Get another card or don't use paypal seems the only thing i can say really.
