I'm trying to use the "friends and family" option to send money, but I don't see that option anywhere.
If I click "send money," the next screen asks for the email address of the recipient, followed by the amount.
I've looked for nearly an hour, and I can't find any place that lets me choose between "friends and family" or something like "merchandise and services."I'm located in the U.S. Why can't I find this option?
