Can not transfer money to debit card

Hi I can not transfer money from my paypal balance to my debit card which one is linked to my account, in money transfer it only write that i can only sent money to USA bank account, pls help whit this problem

Withdrawals in Georgia have to be done through an eligible Visa card or US bank account.
