I had a query relating to confirming my credit card with Paypal and I called on their India number 1800 419 9833, A 6 digit pin number was required and I input this number to connect the call. Since then I have been on hold (music) for nearly 10 minutes and nobody has bothered to attend to my call; there is not even an automated message to keep me informed that I am on wait and how long it will take for me to get attended to. Is this the standard of service offered by Paypal?
