Is there a way to cancel a pending payment please? I sanctioned a withdrawal from my bank to pay off some of my credit balance but I need to cancel it as it was the wrong amount
If it is not an automatic payment to PayPal Credit (if that is what you are referring to), it can't be canceled. I don't see documentation anywhere that a 'single payment' option can be canceled once initiated. You can try contacting customer service for assistance with that:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
