Adding money into Paypal using Discover credit card

I'm thinking of adding money to my paypal using discover it student credit card, but I don't know if it is considered as cash advance or as a regular purchase. 

Does anyone know if adding money into paypal using discover credit card is a cash advance or a transaction?

You can use the card for purchases however, not to top off or add funds to your PayPal account balance.
