Hi guys
Has anyone ever received a letter from a company called ARC Europe.
My wife has received a letter saying that she owes £123.86 as an outstanding balance on her PayPal account. Problem is my wife has never had a PayPal account. I have spoken to ARC and they are less than helpful saying all I can do is report it to Actionfraud but the balance needs to be paid. Well there is no way on this earth I'm going to pay for something that I dont owe.
Just wondered if anyone has had similar experiences and how to deal with it.
