withdrawing in US dollars to revolut

I have funds in my wallet in US dollars.The exchange rate to pounds or euros is terrible, so I want to withdraw them directly to my US dollar bank account (revolut). However, when I tried to add my revolut account to PayPal, I get an error message saying "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now." 

This is incredibly unhelpful and tells me nothing. Can anyone in the community give me tips on how to sort this out?
