why does paypal hang up every time I try to call them.? they totally ignore my customers and I. There withholding money from my account after my customers told them to release the funds. The money my customers pay me is a deposit. if I don't get the deposit then I can't make their products. I've been a customer of paypal for nearly ten years and never had any issue of any kind, yet they're telling my customers that my transaction is suspicious.
and now every time I try to call them they just hang up. Very Suspicious.
