I need to talk to someone at paypal but can't. All I get is a totally useless autobot.
Does anyone have a clue when paypal might get phone support again?
And here's a thought, if walmart can staff every store in the country, WHY can't paypal hire PHONE support. No social contact is needed to talk on the phone.
Yea venting.... but I need to speak to someone about a charge and refund through ebay and NEITHER ONE is showing up. It's just bizarre.
