received products from a wig company that was plastic and not like it was advertised. no help from PayPal they denied my case  and i cant get in contact with the seller. I have asked them to give me the name of seller , but I cant get anyone to help me that works for Paypal, this is unreal and i will not order anything from them again.

Surely you know who you bought from?

Find the transaction in your paypal account and click on it, there should be an email address of the seller on that details page.

Sadly if you bought tat from one of these Chinese websites or social media you may be out of luck.

You paid for a wig and got a wig, paypal does not get involved with quality of items which are bound to be appallingly poor if coming from Asia somewhere.
