Non payment

This is my first time using PayPal. I have proof that purchaser received their merchandise, but they never paid me. What may I do to get paid?

Why would you send anything before being paid??????

Paypal tells you to NEVER send anything until the funds are showing in your paypal account balance.

If they are not then its probably a scam using fake paypal emails telling you that you have to send trackable first before the funds show up.
