I want to re-add my credit card after being blocked due to entering the confirmation code incorrectly more than 5 times and this is due to an error from the Egypt Post customer service for spelling the confirmation code incorrectly

If you put in the code incorrectly x3 times you would no longer be able to confirm your card that way.

You would need to ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your card statement to prove ownership of the account as you couldn't complete the code method.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
