Hi, I'm trying to transfer money from my paypal account to my checking account. It keeps telling me that my Bank of America card "isn‘t eligible for Instant Transfers". I tried doing a standard transfer instead but it just says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you".
My home address was originally set to the Philippines and now I'm trying to transfer all my money over to my US checking account. After that I want to delete my paypal account and make a new one with the same email address.
How do I fix this?
