I have been for many days trying to link my new bank account (not only one) with my PayPal account to withdraw my money - it is not possible ! and I am always getting an error message: "We are not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." The answers to my the emails to PayPal contain only general information without any interest for the client and his/her problems.

I have found many other victims on the Internet so that it thus stands to reason that it could be a strategy of PayPal how to withdraw financial means for long weeks (how some victims report).

I have already informed the European Consumer Centre with my complaint and I will also publish this warning information -  I would like you to give your opinion on this problem.
