so my boyfriend has a PayPal account and he always sends payments via PayPal for bills
now we have a huge problem I don't know how to fix
I am trying to withdraw the money that he sends x amount to my PayPal account and they always tell me the offer is too high and whatever type in its always this way
the money is on my PayPal account and we don't know what to do can someone plz help us
