paypal won’t transfer my balance to my debit card

this is my first time using paypal and i’m really struggling. i am trying to transfer my paypal balance to my debit card, but it won’t work. i’ve tried 7 times now. each time i get an email from paypal that the money is being transferred to my card, but then i check a few hours later and the money is still on my paypal & not on my card. there is a notice in the email that transfers can take up to 30 minutes, so the first few times i tried i gave it a day to transfer. still never went through. what’s going on? please help!

A sooo sick of PayPal, I have tried every way possible to transfer my money to debit cards, banks, other cash apps, it ask me to verify myself weeks ago and it's still "reviewing" funny it was so easy to add money but impossible to get out. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!
