On friday, i tried xoom to free my money from the claws of paypal, and send it to my bank account without the 4,5% fee of paypal's currency conversion.
The transaction is still pending, as paypal f... made the maintenance of xoom wrong, so i could not upload the documents asked (which i've uploaded to paypal few years ago) and now i cant even log in to xoom, and paypal sitting on my money since nearly a week!
I can't start a dispute, a paypal does not let me to dispute against itself. The customer service (after 25 min of music...) always says " sorry, it will be fixed in an hour"... they said that sunday, yesterday, and now too.
This is ridicolous, but i can't do anything, paypal can do anything with me, and my money, and noone from paypal is responsible
I can't even sue this company as i'm not a US citizen! What can i do to get my money from paypal?
