payment onhold

I have received my payment on the 1st of may and it was automatically placed on hold, I then updated the shipment information and paypla confirmed that I will receive the money within 7 days but I have not received my money, does anyone know how i can resolve this?

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. As you have received the funds for a service OR no tracking number is applicable and Paypal would be unable to release these funds any sooner than the 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

What happen if the money sent to my paypal account was for my allowance or food..i dont sell anything act of kindness my friend send me money for help..how can i possible get the money asap?what should i do..i really need that money..i cannot wait for 21 days to get that available..my gosh this is unbelievable
