Recently i opened up my paypal acount, currently have 50$ but i cant withdraw even if i confirmed my mobile number, added my card and my bank acount. Its an error saying “not enough information “ please help me

Can only withdraw to credit, debit, or prepaid card or US bank account in your country. 

Contact customer service to investigate:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

I believe you can now add and withdraw to a Romanian bank account BUT you may need to have a paypal business account to do so.
