PayPal accepted money from a survey company on Feb.26th. I tried to transfer to my bank account,but paypal says "certain Banks don'taccepttransfers yey".Called mybank,they saidthey all set up to do that. In the recent past other transfers tomy acount have processed. Does anyone know what's going on with PayPal??
