hello, trying to send from Canada to the US., it keeps telling me to link a card - i have 2 on the list and am within my credit limit for the transaction. I tried to call it`s a 20 minute wait - i don`t have 20 minutes until the call centre is closed and I must do this today! PayPal is not getting off on a good foot with me. I can read, and I am fairly tech savy This is ticking me off! Is there a limit or something. I`m having some other issue with my keyboard and the language which is not helping my cause...
