hello, i have a negative balance on my account, but i didn't spend that money. some of the transactions in my history are ones i don't recognize. what can i do to make this negative balance go away?
If you have transactions you did not authorise then click on them and use the report a problem link on that details page to report them as unauthorised in the resolution centre.
Then i would do a virus and malware scan on your computer and check your linked funding sources + change password and security questions.
