1- i just closed my previous paypal account without removing my bank cards .. so i opened another one and its giving me that my bank card is linked to another account.. how can i fix it?
2- i've opened this paypal account since 5 days ago and ive receieved money on it but its on hold!! whats the reason?
1. Seems odd that you would close a paypal account just to open another one straight away? However if you didn't remove the card first then only customer services can remove it for you.
2. New account = new seller = new seller hold.
