Money On Hold

So, I recently sold an item to someone on Depop. Shortly after she requested a refund which she later told me was a mistake and she wanted to continue with the purchase. She said she cancelled the request and I have declined it on my end yet the payment is still on hold and i don’t want to ship the item until the payment has cleared. Does anyone know how long this takes or if there’s anything I need to do to speed it up?
