hi,
my country is not allowed paypal. for business purpose i made an usa fake bank acaount with vcc  on 2013 & i used that till 2017. on 2017 it was limited permanently. but i have 242$ there.now i'm tring to add a payoneer bank to withdraw remaining balance. but it's showing me We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
i called paypal they telling they cn't see any error on there system but they can send a check by mail.
my issue is when my address & all detail is fake then what will do with check ?
so can any one please help me how can i withdraw my remaining money?

As you can never verify a U.S paypal account then you would not be able to withdraw any funds.
