I have called paypal every time I have a package delivered to the buyer and I add tracking and they can see it was delivered, they say it’s because i’m new and my account isn’t verified to be legit. When I ask how to verify myself, they say there’s no way to verify yourself everyone’s different… doesn’t make sense i've purchased through paypal and sold through paypal. Their customer service sucks whether it’s through the chat/email or on the phone they just recite a script and don’t ever actually help or try and find a solution. Ive seen on this community chat this has been a problem for 10 years and yet they still can’t fix it? 10 YEARS
