i tried sending money to my mom’s friend in london but it says “this recipient cant receive money right now” how do i fix this, what should i tell my mom.

Are you funding the payment via a confirmed credit card visa?

What currency are you sending and is his paypal account set up to receive that currency?

Has he confirmed his email address?
