getting my payment

4 feb sold and sent the time   Paypal sent me a note saying my money was available.  tried to get my money out, but program would not recognize my CC account.  same account I use to pay.  I then selected "send a check in stead".  Program would not complete after I hit next.   I tried every day until 16 feb and then sent a message.  After third request for assistancem, they sent instructions, which took me to the same place.  I kept trying with same results as above.  On 1 March I finally called and got someone who, after 15 minutes realized I could not find the link on the website he was telling me, and that it was in a different menu.  I click on it, and it took me to the same place,  I again selected "send a check"  and the program did nothing.  He then said he had to check.  when he came back on the line, he said there was a fault with the program and that it would be fixed soon.  I tried for 3 days and the "fault:" is still there.  I cannot understand why PAYPAL is refusing to send the money.  they say it's available.    I have since taken all my items off of EBAY as no sense in listing them if I cannot get payment for selling them.  I posted a note on EBAY saying all this.  PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY FROM PAYPAL or it will be problem.  I have another call in to PAYPAL at this time.

Why not try withdrawing to a linked bank account or debit card instead as per link above?

Or have you tried another browser / device OR withdrawing via the app?
