i once created a paypal account (in the philippines) and i was able to link a working debit card. unfortunately, i migrated here in qatar and decided to delete/deactivate my old paypal account because the name and some informations were not updated and accurate. now, i made a new legit paypal account but unluckily, i am not able to add the same debit card that i used even though it's not yet expired, and the account i made is philippines based as well. i am unable to process my transaction with availing spotify premium because of this debit card issue. i would really appreciate it if someone could help me. thank you 😞
