Hello,

If I get paid in USD can I withdraw this into my registered UK bank account in GBP?

If yes and I get paid an  amount in usd which is the exact equivalent in gbp, are there any hiodden conversion charges?

You would need to convert it to sterling first unless you have a U.S  bank account.

To convert click on 'details' next to your balance and use the 'manage currencies'  option in the list.

Check your conversion fees before you agree as the charges are quite high.
