i did a cash load on my PayPal business master card. It was supposed to credit in 10 minutes. I have the receipt and an email from PayPal however it has not credited. Where us my money?
I loaded money at a local 7-11 on June 10th and i still dont have the money in the paypal account. I have chats emails and etc about how they will help but nothing ever happens. I have now started to filling a civil suit on this. I hope you and I can get this fixed.
Did this ever get resolved???? I have the same issue, no help from PayPal because they never connect me to a live agent. I've tried the messaging system as well and no one has responded.
