Money did not load to card, no reps to take calls!...

I loaded money to my card at the register for the first time and it is NOT THERE. Has been about 10 hours now. When I call PayPal, there is no agent available so I get hung up on every single time. Still waiting to see if they will respond to my chat message but nothing so far. I'm trying to pay a bill that was due YESTERDAY and now $200 is missing. Someone PLEASE help me!!! ... View more
