i want to add the card but as i am trying to add, it is automatically redirecting to the main page and along with it is also showing error .
and error is showing This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 429

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
