can't add my bank account

This is my first time adding my bank account, i have got my card verified. But every time i try to add it, this pops up. I talked to the help desk and they told me to wait 24hours and then try again. I did this but still got the same response. What do i do?

Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Have you had or got it linked to 3 paypal accounts in the past?
Is it a virtual or physical bank?
Is it a UK bank account?
Does the bank account have available funds on it?
Is it a bank paypal accept?
Advice is voluntary.
