argh. I think paypal support is terrible.
I am trying all day to pay someone and can't add a credit card. Is there a phone number or chat that can help? I am adding a credit card and it says it's declined to add.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
