can not link bank account

I can not link my bank account to paypal as i want to transfer money from paypal to my account from sale that is completed. Message keeps telling me to try again later ???

Here are some common issues you might encounter when linking a bank account:

• The bank account must be an Australian bank.
• The bank account can’t be linked to more than one account at a time.
• The bank account can't be linked if it has already been linked to 3 previous PayPal accounts.
• The name on the bank account must match the name on the PayPal account.

We can confirm accounts from most banks and credit unions. Unfortunately, there are some banks that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online only or prepaid bank accounts.

My paypal is Boshai Designs, my bank account is my personal account. There is an option for me to use my name which is what my bank account is in but it still won't link.

names have to match exactly,like james doe vs jimmy doe.

or james a doe vs james doe

these would be rejected

Not quite true, I have a joint account and the name on my account is shown in a different way to my paypal account but had no trouble linking it as the name itself was the same just one had initials in that the other didn't.
