bank cannot get linked

Hello guys, I cannot link my bank account to Paypal anymore. I dont know what the problem is, ut always says that they cant do my request and that I should try later again but I always try and nothing is changing? Please help me.

You say you can't link it 'anymore' so does that mean you have added it before and then removed it?

Only you can only add a bank account to a paypal account 3 times in that banks lifetime.

so what does that mean? I linked it only once then had to remove it because my bank account got banned. After they opened it again i wanted to link it but since then it doesnt work.
