So my PayPal statement shows a small "available balance". Not sure how I accept that balance or even use it. In my PayPal account pages, I can't find any mention of "available balance". It seems that other people have asked about this, and they're told to go look in "Wallet". My wallet shows nothing of the kind, just bank and credit card info. Is this "available balance" a real thing? If so, how do I access it?
