Hello, I have a problem withdrawing money from my PayPal account. I can not connect the master card, and when I connect a Visa card that actually managed to connect, I get a message that 'there is a problem' and it is not possible to transfer the money at the moment. Would appreciate help! The internet has failed to help me and I have to pay rent. Thank you!!
I am having the same problem they have held my money for Five days and have no explanation as to why I cannot transfer my money to my bank account to my card even my prepaid debit card. Then they tell me to get a cash card I sent out for cash card is not coming in till next week and they tell me to go to Walmart and withdraw money that still didn’t happen that I cannot withdraw any money. I think this is illegal very illegal
