hello guys today i recieved money and then i tried to withdraw them instant to my debit card like always . i used the app on phone : i got the message You cannot complete this transaction at this time. i loged in on laptop and i could withdraw the ammount to my card but no instant withdraw option anymore and no estimate time either . i am worried my money won t be on my card . i did this like 2 hrs ago and money still not on my card . please help me . what is going on ?
Had the same exact issue. Couldnt use mobile app, logged on the web, did withdrawal to card, no money yet. Been over 12 hours. Used to take a few seconds. Also, did not get an email confirming the transfer either, which ive always gotten before.
