Hello, 2 days before i withdrew funds to a credit card. usually transaction is done successfully with out a time delay. but this time, the payment status is still "pending". and i called the bank that issues the credit card. they said that, there's nothing wrong from their side. i sent an email to the paypal and i got a response, but when i click the notification button, it shows a message that "there's no message" please help me
