Withdrawn money from paypal to bank. It was created but later on recalled by paypal

Withdrawn money from paypal to bank. It was created but later on recalled by paypal. But it is not showing on paypal balance. Where is the money?

If you have a failed paypal to bank transfer then allow 14 days for it to bounce back and if it does not show up then contact Paypal for a trace.

Could it have failed because the name on your paypal account didn't exactly match the name on your bank account?

Thank you so much for responding. 

The name on my bank and my paypal are the same. I withdrew money before and didn't encounter the problem that I encountered now.  I called the bank and they said that paypal recalled the money for some reason. Will it really take 14 days too reflect?

I didn't say it would take 14 days, I said ''allow'' 14 days before you contact customer services for a trace if the funds do not show up back in your balance.
