Hi Paypal Community

 

Does anyone know why I would keep getting the following message when I try to withdraw/transfer funds to my bank account? 

 

We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later. Nothing else, really helpful..ffs?

 

It says my bank account has been authorised? I can't stand websites and software that make things difficult and this is really putting me off using Paypal with my small business. There's no explanation, no obvious way to find help.

 

Hopefully one of you good users can come to mine and Paypal's rescue.

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?
Have you tried another browser / cleared your history/cache?
Have you tried withdrawing via the app?
