I get hi with an error message when i'm trying to add a bank account and withdraw money. I sold an Ipad via Paypal on Shpock. I have yet to deliver the Ipad. Can someone advise on my next steps as I have never used Paypal before.
Have you withdrawn funds before? Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card? What error message are you getting? Have you verified / confirmed your bank account? Are the funds cleared and not pending? Are the funds in sterling? Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
