Withdrawal stated as trasnferred, but i did't receive any money on my bank account please help

I made a withdrawal request to my line bank (Hana bank) but the money didn't get transferred, even tho it's stated that it's already transferred. please help me as I'm just a student and this is my money from doing freelance here and there ;-;
