While linking my bank account paypal made two small transactions for verification and they were successful. Then when my client sent me money I received it in my paypal successfully but am unable to withdraw in my bank account saying transfer declined. What's the exact issue?
You said you couldn't transfer the funds, well the link says you can no longer withdraw the funds yourself, you have to wait for them to be automatically withdrawn.

Yes I read the link. My automatic transactions got declined twice, after which I posted my question. Before it gets rejected for the time,I activated international transfers through my bank/paypal interface.
Are the funds cleared and not pending? Are the funds in your countries currency? Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
