I have been trying to withdraw cash from my paypal to mpesa but I can't since Mpesa has a new policy of ommiting the middle name and using just the First and surname. Kindly change my name from Helen Leatitia Atieno to just Helen Atieno so I'd be able to withdraw. I already sent you a request but instead of doing that you included all my 3 names and that didn't help much because the names don't match. Paypal has the 3 names but Mpesa just has 2 of my names(the 1st and the surname). Kindly assist.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
