The name on the bank account has to match the name on your paypal account, you are not allowed to add another persons financial information to your paypal account.
So the funds may not complete and if so they will bounce back to your balance.
IF however you are lucky and they do complete then allow a few days as complete just means paypal have completed your request to send the funds to your bank account, not that the funds are in that bank account as paypal wouldn't be able to know that information.
