Been working with PayPal and VISA debit for years, now in the last couple of weeks it suddenly stop working, there isn't any public information neither from PayPal or VISA about this. Basically all my money is stuck on PayPal and I need to pay bills with that money.
When I try to withdraw it only says "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later." No other info, nothing about what's the reason behind this.
